About the role
Pluxee is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join its Portugal team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality interactions across the company’s B2B2C ecosystem, supporting onboarding, contract management, retention and cross‑sell initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder interactions related to onboarding, contract discussions, renewals and ongoing support.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and handle ticket resolution with clear communication and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and traceability.
- Participate in outbound campaigns, support commercial activities and identify churn risks.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to customer journeys and workflows.
Required profile
- Junior to mid‑level professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Finance and Product teams.
- Detail‑oriented and proactive in suggesting process enhancements.
Required skills
- Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
