About the role

We are looking for a Creative & Versatile Web Designer to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate is passionate about web design, social media, and multimedia content, and can turn ideas into engaging visual experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage visual and graphic content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Develop, edit and produce creative images and videos for campaigns.
• Collaborate on campaign creation, contributing to copywriting and visual storytelling.
• Maintain consistent and appealing visual communication across all channels.
• Support web design projects and apply UX/UI best practices where needed.

Required profile

• Professional experience in graphic and web design.
• Strong creativity, autonomy and critical thinking.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to campaign development.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design is highly valued.
