Content Creation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Content Creation Specialist to join our remote‑first team in Portugal. The ideal candidate is a creative digital storyteller who thrives in fast‑paced, trend‑driven environments and can produce engaging visual and short‑form video content for social media audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually compelling social‑media assets that follow brand guidelines and campaign objectives across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce, edit and optimise short‑form video content, incorporating motion graphics and lightweight animations.
• Collaborate with marketing, community and creative teams to ensure consistent storytelling and alignment across all initiatives.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to streamline production workflows and maintain high‑quality visual standards.
• Develop reusable templates and motion‑graphics assets for ongoing marketing activities.
• Monitor social‑media trends, platform best practices and audience behaviours to continuously improve content performance.
• Support community engagement projects by delivering creative assets for contests, updates and promotional campaigns while managing multiple deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in roles such as Marketing Artist, Social Media Designer or Creative Content Artist.
• Strong proficiency with Photoshop, After Effects and related design or editing tools.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AI‑assisted creative workflows (e.g., Scenario, ChatGPT).
• Solid understanding of social‑media ecosystems, content formats and engagement strategies.
• Professional level English communication (minimum C1).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage several projects simultaneously.
