Construction Manager – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality residential and commercial projects for a well‑established developer in Sintra. The role combines full‑cycle project oversight, team coordination and on‑site supervision to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control construction projects from inception to hand‑over.
• Coordinate technical teams, subcontractors and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor on‑site execution, conduct technical visits and actively participate in project meetings.
• Supervise maintenance activities for existing properties.
• Manage negotiations and relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Proactive, organised and results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital construction tools and project‑management software.
