Collections Agent – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Collections Agent to manage credit‑card related inquiries and payments for our mobility and fleet‑management business. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all inquiries related to credit‑card charges and refunds.
• Submit payment transactions to the bank and allocate them to the correct debt accounts.
• Report chargebacks and manage penalty charge offenses.
• Investigate and resolve queries from external departments.
• Support the team lead in maintaining clear communication with customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to standardise processes and improve efficiency.
• Contribute ideas for continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and French.
• Strong analytical ability and high numeracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised, able to multitask and work independently.
• Professional demeanor with a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced or intermediate Excel.
• Knowledge of MS Access.
