Cloud Engineer – Azure & Kubernetes Specialist

About the role

Komodo Consulting is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join a technology project focused on designing and operating robust cloud infrastructure. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with developers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex cloud infrastructure on Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
• Manage containerized workloads with Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Terraform.
• Set up monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Design High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures to protect business data.
• Collaborate with developers, clearly communicating technical information.
• Apply a security‑first mindset across all infrastructure and DevOps processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related field (Master's a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or similar roles.
• Fluent English; Portuguese language skills are a plus.
