CGI Visualiser – 3D Modelling & Rendering for Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated CGI Designer to join our design team within a real‑estate development business, focusing on signature hospitality projects. You will create 3D models and visualisations that clearly communicate design intent, primarily at the concept stage.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architectural and design teams to visualise exterior, interior and architectural projects.
• Develop and present your own design concepts based on client requirements.
• Create bespoke materials and textures using 3D Max and Corona Renderer.
• Model or source 3D FF&E and bespoke furniture from sketches or reference images.
• Produce fast sketch renders and previews for internal review.
• Work in an agile team environment and use project management tools such as Jira.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Solid experience as a CGI Exterior Designer.
• Experience as a CGI Interior Designer.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: structural/architectural engineering background, strong aesthetic sense, ability to work remotely.
