Business Analyst – HelixALM (Perforce)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Felps Group’s remote team, supporting financial and regulated‑industry clients. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are captured, analysed and turned into actionable solutions within the HelixALM (Perforce) ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements (URS, FRS, SDD) and analyse existing processes.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications and design enhancement/configuration templates in HelixALM.
• Collaborate with product owners and release managers from project kick‑off through delivery.
• Provide L3 support for incidents and service requests, including impact assessments and change requests.
• Write, review and execute test cases, track defects and maintain regression referentials.
• Drive continuous process improvement with a structured, analytical mindset.

Required profile

• Proven Business Analyst experience in a regulated or financial environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to make complex topics clear.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with HelixALM (Perforce) and its interfaces.
• Proficiency with BA tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Excel and BPMN.
