Booking & Support Specialist – English Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Booking & Support Specialist who speaks English and Portuguese to join our travel platform. The specialist will manage travel bookings and provide dedicated support to our network of independent travel consultants, ensuring every journey is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of customer bookings, including creation, modification and cancellation.
• Provide specialized assistance to travel partners and consultants.
• Deliver high‑quality, personalized customer service with meticulous attention to detail.
• Identify and implement improvements to booking processes and overall service quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a travel agency or tour‑operator environment.
• Proficiency with airline booking systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus or Galileo.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Availability for fixed night shifts.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
