Associate Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to lead strategy and transformation projects for a diverse global client base. In this role you will combine management‑consulting expertise with Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms to deliver actionable insights and drive client value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage development of deliverables and lead workstreams across projects in multiple industries.
• Design and implement strategies and programs for regional and global clients, leveraging data and technology solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted partner.
• Develop business recommendations and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Plan, organise and structure the work of junior consultants, ensuring rigorous analysis and clear storylines.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate external partners and contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital.
• Mentor junior consultants and take ownership of day‑to‑day project management.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering consulting projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data‑driven findings into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior client stakeholders.
• Capability to organise and lead teams, including junior consultants.
• Interest in financial services, payments and digital transformation.
