Associate Consultant

About the role

Devote Consulting is seeking an Associate Consultant to support its life sciences practice. The role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to contribute to pharmaceutical, medical device and clinical research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support projects by improving processes, data and systems in the life sciences sector.
• Contribute to initiatives in medical devices, R&D, clinical operations and regulatory affairs.
• Redesign workflows to increase operational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project planning and organizational change.
• Prepare compliance documentation and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.

Required profile

• Master's degree in business administration, life sciences or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a desire to make a measurable impact.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• 1‑2 years of life sciences experience is a plus, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Familiarity with system validation.
• Knowledge of agile delivery methods.
• Experience with Clinical R&D systems such as CTMS, eTMF, RBM and EDC.
• Understanding of medical devices and SaMD concepts.
