3PL Supervisor – Logistics Operations (Portugal)

About the role

Driscoll’s is seeking a proactive 3PL Supervisor to lead logistics operations across Iberia. Based in Boavista, you will act as the operational bridge between Driscoll’s internal teams and our third‑party logistics partner DHL, ensuring smooth daily execution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the 3PL partner, aligning priorities, planning, and execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal functions (Planning, Quality, Sales) and warehouse operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, cooling times, and service levels, driving performance enhancements.
• Ensure strict adherence to cold‑chain protocols and product quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement pragmatic solutions.
• Manage costs, validate 3PL invoices, and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Support quality and certification standards (e.g., BRC) and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate the Aurora transformation project, promoting stakeholder alignment and adoption.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to balance operational oversight with strategic thinking.
• Comfort working in a stakeholder‑heavy environment without direct reports.
• Flexibility to manage peak seasons in May‑June and September.
