Youth Program Guide for Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club team as a Youth Program Guide, creating a safe, fun, and memorable experience for young members in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome parents and children, fostering a warm and engaging environment.
• Support daily Youth Program operations, including activity setup, supervision, cleanup, and closing duties.
• Prepare weekly schedules, special events, and on‑site activities in collaboration with the Youth Program team.
• Supervise children during activities, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment.
• Maintain clean, organized playrooms and program spaces, following safety procedures and child‑protection guidelines.
• Assist with transportation using club vehicles when licensed and authorized.
• Support Outdoor Pursuits tasks, including safety around pools, beach areas, and other activities.
• Attend required meetings, training, and perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in schools, clubs, camps, sports, or similar settings.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of child safety, supervision, and group management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate club vehicles safely.
• First Aid certified or willing to complete training.
• Confident swimmer; swimming instruction experience is advantageous.
• Energetic, creative, approachable, and comfortable engaging in active play.
• Excellent communication skills with multicultural families.
