Working Student – Enrollment & Registration (20 h/week)

About the role

Join the Quality Team of Tomorrow University as a Working Student in Enrollment & Registration. You will support the operational backbone that ensures accurate student records, smooth administrative processes, and compliance with accreditation standards. The position is fully remote and offers a flexible schedule within Central European Time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update student records in the registration database, including status and program changes.
• Process and track leave‑of‑absence requests.
• Draft and issue standard certification documents such as enrollment confirmations, transcript requests, visa letters, and tax or employer certifications.
• Help develop and maintain document templates to reduce manual handling time.
• Respond to student enquiries on enrollment and administrative matters via email, Slack, or video call.
• Assist learners in navigating self‑service registration tools.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program and able to work 20 hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
