Multilingual Microsoft Certified Trainer (Corporate Trainer)

About the role

Koenig Solutions is looking for a dynamic Corporate Trainer who holds an active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification and can deliver technical training in English plus at least one additional language (Spanish, French or German). The role involves traveling domestically to conduct instructor‑led sessions for global learners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft official curriculum and customized technical training programs.
• Conduct classroom, virtual and blended sessions for corporate audiences.
• Prepare labs, demonstrations, assessments and learning materials.
• Mentor participants toward Microsoft certifications and practical implementation.
• Maintain high learner satisfaction and continuously update course content.

Required profile

• Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification.
• 4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft technology training.
• Fluency in English and at least one of Spanish, French or German.
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work across different time zones.
