Windows System Administrator (Mid-Level)

About the role

Inetum is seeking a mid‑level Windows System Administrator to join its infrastructure team. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Windows‑based environments while supporting automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and update Windows Server operating systems and related tools.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across all environments.
• Apply security patches, manage user access, and coordinate vulnerability remediation with the Security team.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS‑level issues, escalating when necessary.
• Develop basic automation scripts using PowerShell or Ansible to reduce manual effort.
• Provide end‑user support and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date system documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Windows system administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and strong communication skills.
• Fluent English (B2–C1 level).
