About the role

Inetum is seeking an experienced Windows systems specialist to join its infrastructure team. You will be responsible for the installation, performance, security, and automation of Windows‑based environments in a critical enterprise setting.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server operating systems and related management tools.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Implement security controls, manage user access, apply patches, and harden systems in coordination with the Security team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows environments, collaborating with IT teams and end‑users.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible to streamline operations.
• Support business continuity, monitoring, and overall IT operations alongside the wider infrastructure team.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Windows systems role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (B2–C1 level).
