Wellness Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Wellness Concierge to join our luxury resort in Comporta, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, guiding them through spa and wellness experiences while ensuring a seamless, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members, escort them to wellness areas, and manage their overall wellness journey.
• Handle daily reception duties: bookings, confirmations, schedules, calls, emails, and member profile updates.
• Process member requests, record feedback, and support service recovery when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well‑prepared wellness and reception spaces.
• Prepare member charges, daily reports, and manage lost‑and‑found or incident reporting.
• Promote and upsell wellness programs, fitness classes, and spa services.
• Assist with stock control, purchasing, and daily communication logs.
• Collaborate with teammates, attend meetings/training, and support smooth team operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury spas, wellness centers, or health clubs.
• Strong communication, customer‑service, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, warm, and professional attitude; comfortable working in a multicultural team.
• Fluent English and confident use of MS Office and reservation systems.
• High standards of grooming, ethics, and service excellence.
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
