Welcomer/Host - Temporary support

About the role

We are looking for a Welcomer/Host to act as the brand ambassador in our store, delivering a unique and memorable experience for every customer. This temporary position focuses on building strong client relationships, promoting brand loyalty, and supporting sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in‑store experience at all times.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using a personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
• Proactively cross‑sell across all departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently, escalating to the line manager when needed.
• Maintain high standards of shop‑floor presentation, visual displays, and stock procedures.
• Contribute to store security and help prevent product theft.

Required profile

• Passion for human relations, sales, and luxury/fashion.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and curiosity about art and design.
• Experience building long‑lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken English.
