Web & Digital Content Specialist (Graphic Designer)

About the role

The Web & Digital Content Specialist (Graphic Designer) will lead visual design, layout, and user experience across Dynamics Payments’ web and digital properties. Working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams, you will turn ideas into compelling web assets, conversion‑focused landing pages, and engaging digital content that reinforces our brand and drives growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact visual elements for websites, campaigns, banners, icons, and promotional assets in line with brand standards.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and conversion‑oriented layouts for landing pages and web experiences.
• Build, update, and format web pages using CMS platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, or Webflow while preserving design integrity.
• Produce cohesive visuals for email templates, digital ads, and campaign assets.
• Maintain and expand visual guidelines, UI component libraries, and optimized asset files.
• Perform visual QA across desktop and mobile devices to ensure responsive consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to translate briefs into engaging digital visuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing web and digital graphics in a marketing or corporate environment.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or payments industries is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms: HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and responsive design.
• Excellent written communication in English and Spanish.
