Web Developer (PHP/MySQL) – Join a Fast‑Growing Tech Team

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer to join Delnext’s fast‑growing tech team that supports national and international transport solutions. The role is based on‑site in Cacém (Sintra) and involves turning business ideas into robust web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal clients during planning and discovery to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.
• Prepare documentation and monitor project progress throughout the development lifecycle.
• Improve development processes, testing procedures, server configurations and version‑control workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with PHP and MySQL.
• Strong learning ability, adaptability and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into software solutions.
