Warehousing & Transportation Analyst

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Warehousing & Transportation Analyst and help drive efficient warehouse operations across the Iberia region. You will ensure compliance with service, cost, safety, quality and sustainability standards while collaborating with internal teams and third‑party logistics providers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and reconcile stock discrepancies between SAP and the warehouse management system.
• Monitor capacity utilization, KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with service providers to guarantee on‑time, complete deliveries while adhering to HACCP and quality guidelines.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, co‑packing and distribution activities, focusing on shelf‑life management and waste reduction.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects, tenders and peak‑period planning.
• Prepare full‑cost analyses, budgets, risk assessments and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and stakeholder coordination.
• Fluent in Portuguese (advanced) and proficient in Spanish and English (medium).
