Warehouse Supervisor – Day Shift

About the role

Imperial Dade is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager and lead the day‑shift team in its Catano, Puerto Rico distribution center. You will ensure that all warehouse functions are performed efficiently and safely, aligning with company standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate daily shipping operations within the warehouse.
• Forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets.
• Conduct regular walk‑throughs to maintain building conditions and address safety hazards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the warehouse team and broader supply‑chain partners.
• Coach and train associates to improve performance and support career growth.
• Execute special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in distribution.
• Working knowledge of government regulations governing warehouse activities.
• Strong leadership and engagement abilities.
• Proven experience implementing process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
