Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Imperial Dade is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound shipments from the port to our warehouse in Catano. The role operates within a collaborative, team‑based environment and supports the company’s supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments from port to warehouse.
• Review incoming material orders and pick tickets.
• Monitor containers, delivery schedules, and transportation timelines.
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure accurate receiving and inventory documentation.
• Resolve shipment delays and logistics issues proactively.
• Maintain compliance with shipping and safety procedures.
• Support inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Locate materials on shelves and place them on order pickers, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
• Deliver items to the loading area for wrapping and truck loading.
• Unload trucks and keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation coordination.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative, team‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP or similar inventory management systems.
