Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our 24/7 food‑service distribution center. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound product flow, operate material‑handling equipment, and ensure a clean, safe environment for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Safely receive inbound products, replenish inventory, and pull items for orders.
• Build pallets, carts, or cages accurately for loading and delivery.
• Select products with a high degree of accuracy and correct potential process errors.
• Operate motorized equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards while using warehouse software (e.g., Syntellic).
• Perform basic sanitation duties and maintain safety compliance.
• Identify damaged product and take appropriate corrective action.
• Follow all location and work‑center safety and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid PR driver’s license.
• High school diploma.
• At least 6 months of forklift experience and related warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification (or obtainable immediately upon hire).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of a post‑offer drug test.

Required skills

• Forklift operation and certification.
• Manual or powered pallet‑jack operation.
• Proficiency with warehouse software such as Syntellic.
