Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and make them feel instantly at ease.
• Take orders, serve dishes and drinks, and provide confident menu recommendations.
• Anticipate and address the needs of the floor before they are requested.
• Communicate clearly with the bar and kitchen to ensure accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle guest questions, special requests, and minor issues with calm, friendly problem‑solving.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and support colleagues during busy periods.

Required profile

• Natural hospitality feel with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying composed.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
