Virtual Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Virtual Project Manager to lead the evolution of our online academy platform. Based in Portugal and working fully remotely, you will shape and scale digital education programs that help entrepreneurs launch and grow trade‑based businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development and continuous improvement of the virtual business academy platform.
• Design and expand training programs for technicians and entrepreneurs across multiple home‑service verticals.
• Build, coordinate, and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors, and operational staff.
• Drive student enrollment, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop scalable systems, workflows, and processes for market expansion.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and implement data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing remote or distributed teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building and scaling digital products.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to design structured processes and drive execution from concept to delivery.
