Video Producer

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Creative Producer (Video Producer). You will lead end-to-end video production that strengthens brand storytelling, educates users and drives engagement across digital platforms, combining creative vision with project management. The role is fully onsite at the Lisbon office, working closely with cross-functional teams in person, and relocation support is open.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Product teams to develop video concepts, write scripts and create storyboards aligned with brand guidelines.
• Oversee production: hire and direct crews, source talent, manage sets and locations and ensure equipment is available.
• Guide editing, including color grading, sound design and motion graphics.
• Optimize video assets for social media, web and in-app content.
• Maintain brand standards, meet deadlines and keep production within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications or a related field.
• About 3+ years of experience in video production, including conceptualization, filming and editing.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, able to handle several projects at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of production equipment.
