About the role
Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is hiring a Framer Website Designer for a fully onsite position at its Lisbon office. You will design and build high-performing, visually compelling websites and landing pages, collaborating with marketing, product and engineering teams and working directly with SEO professionals to optimise pages for discoverability, loading speed and accessibility.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, accessible and engaging websites and landing pages with Framer.
- Partner with SEO experts so designs meet performance, accessibility and SEO standards.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing and product stakeholders on business goals and messaging.
- Develop modular components and templates for scalable site structures.
- Maintain and evolve the web visual identity in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor site analytics and user behaviour to inform iterative improvements and A/B testing.
- Stay up to date with web design trends, Framer updates and site performance best practices.
Required profile
- Around 3-5+ years of experience designing and building websites, with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling and UX.
- Deep proficiency in Framer, with a strong portfolio of responsive web experiences or live projects.
- Solid understanding of web design principles: layout, hierarchy, typography and mobile-first design.
- Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system.
- Bonus points for experience on marketing sites for SaaS, tech or AI-driven products, and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
