About the role

As a Creative Producer (Video Producer) at Air Apps, you will lead the end‑to‑end creation of video content that enhances brand storytelling, educates users, and drives engagement across digital platforms. This remote‑first role blends creative vision with strong project‑management skills to deliver high‑quality videos on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to develop concepts, write scripts, and create storyboards aligned with brand guidelines.
• Oversee all production aspects, including hiring crews, directing talent, managing sets, locations, and equipment.
• Guide post‑production processes such as editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to produce polished videos.
• Optimize video assets for social media, web, and in‑app platforms while maintaining consistent quality.
• Ensure brand standards, meet deadlines, and keep productions within budget constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in video production, from concept through editing.
• Proficiency with video editing software and knowledge of production equipment.
• Strong project‑management, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
