VBA Developer (French Speaker) – Hybrid in Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a VBA Developer who is fluent in French to join our growing team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, with two days a week on‑site, and focuses on building and maintaining automation solutions for our business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros in Excel and Access to automate business processes.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to support data‑driven applications.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing VBA tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in VBA development.
• Strong expertise in VBA for Excel and Access.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in English and French (minimum B2 level).
