User Acquisition Specialist (Performance Marketing)

About the role

Air Apps, a Lisbon-founded company building an AI-powered personal and entrepreneurial resource planner, is looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing) to attract and retain new users across paid ads, affiliates, influencer campaigns and organic growth. The post currently serves as a talent-pool placeholder while the official job is prepared.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi-channel acquisition strategies, including paid search, paid social, display ads, influencer marketing and referral programs
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, managing budgets, bids and targeting
• Track CPI, CPA and LTV and share insights with stakeholders
• Test new channels, creatives and messaging
• Work with Product, Analytics and Creative teams on product launches and promotions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• About 4 years of experience managing user acquisition or performance marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills

Required skills

• Ad platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust and Amplitude
• A/B testing
