ULS Partner

About the role

The ULS Partner acts as the strategic liaison for the assigned Universal Healthcare System (ULS) ecosystem, aligning external healthcare needs with company priorities to improve patient access and generate value for the system.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and partnership matrix for the ULS network and execute tailored account plans.
• Monitor market context, prioritize opportunities, and co‑create value‑based solutions with ULS stakeholders.
• Drive access management for assigned medicines, ensuring clear patient pathways within funding circuits.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Policy and other teams to deliver agreed ULS priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of health system funding, decision‑making circuits and patient access challenges.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with external partners.

Required skills

• Data analysis and KPI interpretation.
• Use of digital tools and AI for insight generation.
• Account management and partnership planning.
