About the role

The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) plays a vital role in a veterinary hospital, ensuring smooth flow of clients and pets, supporting the veterinary team, and delivering friendly, efficient service that encourages client loyalty and referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional professional service to every client, promoting hospital services such as Optimum Wellness Plans.
• Assist clients with prompt service, complete required documentation, and deliver post‑visit instructions.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer balancing.
• Educate clients on preventive pet care and sell appropriate services.

Required profile

• Enjoy interacting with clients and pets in a welcoming environment.
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and in a noisy, strong‑smell setting.
• 18 years of age or older and able to work drug‑free, smoke‑free.

Required skills

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and balance a cash drawer.
