Turkish-speaking Content Moderator in Porto

About the role

We are looking for a Turkish‑speaking Content Moderator to join our iGaming team in Porto. You will help ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for Turkish‑language players by monitoring live chat, user‑generated content and platform activity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live chat, player‑generated content and platform activity for compliance with legal, regulatory and company guidelines, focusing on Turkish‑speaking users.
• Review and investigate user reports of inappropriate content, abuse or policy violations, providing swift and fair resolutions.
• Escalate complex or urgent cases related to fraud, player protection or regulatory compliance to specialist teams.
• Document incidents accurately in the case‑management system while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvement and quality‑assurance initiatives within the Porto moderation team.
• Promote an inclusive, respectful and safe digital community for Turkish‑speaking players.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with moderation protocols and iGaming regulatory standards for the Turkish market.

Required profile

• Fluency in Turkish and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, online security, customer care or a similar role is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess text and media against detailed policies.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment while upholding high ethical and confidentiality standards.
