Treasury Manager (Liquidity)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead liquidity management activities across Western Europe. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust frameworks and controls that meet regulatory requirements while optimizing returns and supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning to maintain best‑in‑class liquidity and funding management frameworks.
• Identify key liquidity and FX risks and review the entity’s risk appetite for funding exposures.
• Establish, maintain, and analyse early warning indicators (EWIs).
• Conduct daily monitoring of cash, liquidity, and FX positions.
• Contribute to strategic and investment activities such as ALCO and HQLA/treasury portfolio management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Risk teams to deliver the entity’s ILAAP in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement liquidity management tools for data capture, control, measurement, reporting, and forecasting.
• Maintain liquidity and funding policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of emerging financial‑market trends and assist in designing the liquidity investment portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability to break down complex issues, identify root causes, propose solutions and gain stakeholder support.
• Proven capability to work in a high‑performance environment, deliver practical solutions and manage ad‑hoc requirements from start to delivery.
• Structured approach to managing multiple projects while remaining highly organised.
• Experience in liquidity and funding management within a global banking environment.
• Thorough understanding of liquidity management, funding strategies and relevant regulatory frameworks.
