Treasury Capital Manager (ICAAP)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Treasury Capital Manager to lead ICAAP reporting and capital allocation across its Western Europe operations. The role will support the finance team by assessing capital adequacy, managing market risks and enhancing treasury processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve the ICAAP framework and capital allocation models.
• Manage group capital plans, review subsidiary plans and ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Produce regular capital forecasts, evaluate ongoing capital adequacy and report findings to senior management.
• Monitor and mitigate market risks including FX, interest‑rate and credit exposures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with European banking regulations (CRR, Delegated Acts) and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance reporting tools and treasury procedures.

Required profile

• 6+ years of treasury or capital management experience in a bank or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of ICAAP reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to build and present financial models to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
