Travel & Lifestyle Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Travel & Lifestyle Manager to support a busy entrepreneur and family in the Lisbon area. This full‑time, highly in‑person role involves regular travel and acts as the personal operating system for the principal, removing friction from daily life so they can focus on business, family and health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics, priorities and errands, including bookings, reservations, purchases and returns.
• Coordinate appointments, suppliers, deliveries and household services, creating systems, checklists and routines that smooth daily life.
• Conduct a daily priority review with the principal to close open loops and anticipate needs.
• Protect and manage the principal’s calendar, schedule meetings, calls and personal appointments, and filter email communication.
• Draft replies and, over time, respond on behalf of the principal where appropriate, reducing noise and low‑value communication.
• Book flights, hotels, transport and restaurant reservations; create itineraries, packing lists and travel plans.
• Travel ahead of or alongside the principal to ensure accommodations, transport, gym access and local logistics are ready.
• Identify and resolve travel‑related issues before they impact the principal.

Required profile

• Proactive, discreet and service‑minded.
• Highly organized with the ability to think ahead and act independently.
• Quick learner of personal preferences and comfortable with in‑person work and regular travel.
