Translation Project Coordinator

About the role

The Translation Project Coordinator will oversee the full life‑cycle of language projects, ensuring timely delivery and linguistic quality. Working closely with sales, translators, and quality teams, you will act as the central point of contact for all project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire life‑cycle of assigned translation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Prioritise and juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interpret and follow detailed project instructions.
• Collaborate with sales staff to clarify project parameters and share updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.
• Negotiate terms with vendors and coordinate with quality personnel to ensure linguistic accuracy.
• Communicate any issues, caveats, or additional information promptly to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven experience in project management or customer‑service environments.
• Effective interpersonal, time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to learn, embrace challenges and thrive in a success‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office.
