Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Training Specialist to help clients across Southern Europe maximise the value of innovative digital solutions. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, both online and on‑site, while supporting customer adoption and long‑term product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations to clients across Southern Europe.
• Create, update, and maintain tutorials, user guides, videos, and other learning resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Support to align training with regional business priorities.
• Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share insights with internal teams.
• Participate in international industry meetings and coordinate with European training colleagues to ensure consistency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the training function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience delivering training for electronic or digital products.
• Native‑level Italian and strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude, self‑motivation, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive, goal‑oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel from Italy for on‑site training and industry events.
