Training Site Evaluator

About the role

The Training Site Evaluator will support the Mobile Training Team by planning, coordinating and executing training iterations at customer sites in Oeiras, Portugal. Acting as the primary technical point of contact, the role ensures that hardware and software environments are ready for training and that any issues are resolved quickly to maintain business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate C2FSS training iterations for the Mobile Training Team, ensuring alignment with TOPFAS Section requirements.
• Liaise with instructors, LCSB, TecB and customer points of contact to guarantee smooth course delivery and prepare necessary documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical problems during training sessions and escalate issues to appropriate technical teams.
• Conduct on‑site surveys to verify that training facilities meet Academy quality standards.
• Maintain records of incidents, resolutions and iteration outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proven track record of rapid issue identification and resolution.
• Experience working in a technical support or principal technician role within a training or operational environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with instructors, technical teams and customer representatives.

Required skills

• Hardware installation and troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Software installation and support across Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Advanced support skills, including escalation procedures and coordination with technical teams.
