Training Officer – French Speaker (Porto)

About the role

Alten is expanding its Shared Services Center in Porto and seeks a French‑speaking Training Officer to support the administration of internal training programs across the Group. You will ensure smooth delivery of sessions, handle logistics, and act as the primary contact for learners and trainers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage training sessions, coordinate logistics, track evaluations and pricing using the Amplify platform.
• Support invoicing and collection activities related to training services.
• Monitor participant satisfaction, analyse feedback, handle complaints, and implement corrective action plans.
• Serve as the main point of contact for learners, trainers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional training experience.

Required profile

• Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality trainee experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and rigor in administrative and financial processes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Fluency in French.
