TOPFAS Instructor – Training Specialist

About the role

The TOPFAS Instructor will design, deliver and maintain both theoretical and practical training on all TOPFAS applications for NATO and partner forces. The role supports the NCI Academy and mobile training teams at customer sites, ensuring high‑quality instruction and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, update and deliver training modules for TOPFAS applications (OPT, SAT, CAT) including interoperability sessions.
• Conduct training at the NCI Academy and on‑site at customer locations as part of mobile training teams.
• Assist the TOPFAS Section Head in planning and coordinating training iterations and maintaining business continuity.
• Provide TOPFAS‑related lessons for other courses when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training to adult learners, preferably in a defence or NATO environment.
• Knowledge of the NATO Operations Planning Process.
• Experience working with TOPFAS applications (OPT, SAT, CAT).
• Ability to obtain and hold a NATO Secret security clearance.
