Test Manager / Test Lead (French Speaker)

About the role

Inetum is looking for a Test Manager / Test Lead who is fluent in French to join its Test Centre (TCE) in Nanterre. The role oversees the full testing lifecycle for critical applications, ensuring high‑quality deliverables across multiple business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of testing projects, forecasting budgets, costs, quality metrics and timelines.
• Lead test scoping and design activities, reviewing documentation, facilitating workshops and defining test strategies.
• Develop detailed test plans, estimations, schedules and resource forecasts; secure required environments and tools.
• Identify, assess and mitigate testing risks; provide governance and steering support for delegated testing activities.
• Assess readiness and issue Go/No‑Go recommendations; oversee test execution and ensure active stakeholder participation.

Required profile

• Fluent in French.
• Proven experience in test management or test lead roles.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and quality targets.
