About the role

Accenture’s Technology Graduate Programme offers an 8‑week intensive training followed by on‑the‑job experience on real client projects. Based in Lisbon, you will work with both onshore and offshore teams to design, build and support innovative technical solutions for a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the 8‑week training curriculum covering Accenture’s technology platforms and methodologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement client‑focused technical solutions.
• Analyse client requirements, explore feasible technologies, and propose effective implementation strategies.
• Support ongoing projects, gaining hands‑on experience across different sectors.

Required profile

• Strong desire to develop a technology career and grow professional skills.
• Academic background in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Management or related fields.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset, quick learning ability and solid business acumen.
