Technical Sourcer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Sourcer to join our international remote team. In this position you will identify and engage top technology talent for global opportunities across software development, data, product, HR, and sales domains.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and advanced sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Create compelling outreach messages, job descriptions, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate regular sourcing performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
