Technical Operations Coordinator

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for an Operations Coordinator. You will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations across teams, coordinating tasks, tracking initiatives and keeping momentum on several workstreams. The role reports directly to the CEO and is fully onsite at the Lisbon office, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks.
• Update and manage task tracking systems, especially Jira, with precision.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, task closures and status updates.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards and workflows.
• Help prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Flag blockers or delays and communicate proactively to resolve them.
• Identify ways to streamline operations and improve coordination.

Required profile

• Around 2-4 years of experience in an operations, coordination or administrative support role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple moving parts across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented and team-first.

Required skills

• Expert-level Jira, including dashboards, automations, custom fields, filters and reporting tools.
