Project Coordinator

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is hiring a Project Coordinator for a fully onsite position at its Lisbon office. The role coordinates day-to-day operations across teams, tracks initiatives and keeps multiple workstreams moving, reporting directly to the CEO. The company is open to supporting relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks.
• Update and manage task tracking systems, especially Jira, with precision.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, task closures and status updates.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards and workflows.
• Help prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Flag blockers or delays and communicate proactively to resolve them.
• Identify ways to streamline operations and improve coordination.

Required profile

• Around 2-4 years of experience in an operations, coordination or administrative support role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many moving parts across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented and team-first.

Required skills

• Expert-level Jira, including dashboards, automations, custom fields, filters and reporting tools.
