Technical Lead - Mobile Applications (iOS, Android & Azure)

About the role

HCLTech is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade native mobile applications on iOS and Android. You will own the technical vision, ensure secure Azure integrations, and mentor a high‑performing mobile engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of native iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) applications.
• Design and implement secure integrations with Azure‑hosted REST APIs and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication.
• Integrate Azure Notification Hubs and Firebase services for push notifications.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to align delivery.
• Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and technical standards.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the mobile team.
• Support CI/CD implementation and release management using Azure DevOps, App Center, or similar tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven leadership of native iOS and Android projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team‑mentoring abilities.
