Technical Integration Lead – Fashion Technology

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Integration Lead to own the O9 platform for our HUGO BOSS Digital Campus in Porto. You will combine strategic platform stewardship with hands‑on development to support data‑driven eCommerce and supply‑chain initiatives for a leading fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Technical ownership of the O9 platform, ensuring all changes follow best‑practice standards.
• Lead a mixed functional and technical team within the Center of Excellence for Planning.
• Spend up to 50% of time on hands‑on development of strategic platform features.
• Collaborate with internal data‑engineering teams and solution architects to align data hand‑offs with business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of data workflows, mappings, and platform performance.
• Configure data transformation, field mapping, normalization, and calculated metrics using O9 UI tools.
• Integrate data with the O9 Digital Brain to enable advanced analytics and planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical integration, platform ownership, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical and functional team members.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Experience working in a fast‑growing, international environment.
